The Tunnel Blasting Machines with Metal Wire Meshes is a system suitable for treating die-cast aluminum parts, cast iron castings, molded parts in steel or non-ferrous materials.

The pieces are positioned on a belt conveyor in high-resistance abrasion-resistant wire mesh, passing through the blasting chamber where a series of turbines, suitably positioned, guarantee maximum effectiveness in blasting the details.

Outgoing a cleaning group, composed of a series of blowers, eliminates the residual abrasive deposited on the upper surface of the pieces.

The speed of translation of the pieces can be adjusted by inverter.

The system is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
