The Close Loop Monorail System are extremely versatile systems suitable for a wide range of details of different materials and sizes.

The machine is equipped with No. 2 workpiece carriers that move on a “Y” monorail.

While the operator carries out the operations of loading / unloading on a cluster the other is simultaneously in the blasting phase. The cluster moves and rotates inside the system, exposing the entire surface of the pieces to the flow of the abrasive coming from the turbines placed on the side of the chamber, resulting in a uniform treatment of the entire surface of the pieces hooked to the hook.

The customer chooses the size of the system and the capacity of the piece-holder hooks in relation to the material it intends to handle. The system is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
